摘 要：目前，高中英语教师在落实素质教育、促进学生英语学科核心素养形成与发展的过程中，还要培养学生的责任担当意识，使学生明确责任担当意识是其自身综合素质的重要组成部分，更是自身终身发展的必备品格与关键能力。本文结合班主任工作实践和英语教学实践，针对高中生责任担当素养的培养进行了探索，以期能够给广大高中英语教师及班主任教师提供一些帮助。

　　《中国学生发展核心素养》总体框架指出，学生应具备六大有素养：人文底蕴、科学精神、学会学习、健康生活、责任担当、实践创新。责任担当是学生社会参与方面的重要素养。责任担当素养培养中，教师既要顺应教育改革发展趋势以及要求，高效落实立德树人根本任务，还要在教学实践中完成素质教育，使学生能够具备较高水平的责任担当意识与能力，真正成为合格公民。然而由于种种因素，学生上课、写作业、考试，这些成为他们生活的全部。久而久之，学生会在“深度的学习活动”中渐渐地丧失辨别真与假、善与恶、是与非、美与丑的能力，其责任担当素养也自然而然地变弱。我们要培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人，那么怎样在高中英语教学中落实责任担当素养的培养呢？笔者从以下几方面进行了实践探索：
　　一、将责任担当素养的培养渗透到每个单元的教学中
　　人教版高中英语教材每册分为五个单元，每个单元有一个中心话题。课题组成员提前制订教学策略和教学方法，对责任担当素养的培养进行深入思考并落实在日常教学中。例如必修二第二单元的话题是“the Olympic Games.”学完课文之后，笔者向学生们提出了一个问题：Being a sportsman is really a demanding job which asks for not only the interest and talent for sports but diligent spirit and sense of responsibility. Being a great sportsman is so charming because it can make them achieve their dreams so that they can be more confident and at the same time make others even the countries proud of them. In our country there are numerous outstanding athletes， like Yao Ming， Wang Meng etc. Would you like to be an athlete？
　　两名学生的回答如下：
　　S1：Yes， I'd like to be an athlete. Firstly， I love sports， especially football which is challengeable. Secondly， our country's national football team is poor . I think as a Chinese teenager I have the responsibility to make Chinese football team stronger and stronger.
　　S2： I want to be bicyclist. Since young，， I have been riding bikes with my father， I am crazy about it， so I'd like to be a cyclist.
　　由此看出，經过引导教育，学生可塑性很强，他们在渐渐向着笔者预定的方向前进。下节课笔者布置了一项写作任务。如下：
　　假定你是李华，学校在招募冬奥会志愿者，请写一封申请信申请成为志愿者。内容包括：
　　1.写信的基本目的;2.个人所具备的优势;3.能够独立解决问题。
　　注意：1.词数控制在100左右;2.可适当增加一些相关的细节，以提高行文的连贯性、合理性。
　　学生写出了不少的优秀作文，例如：
　　Dear Sir：
　　I am Li Hua， a student from Long Shou Senior Middle School. Knowing that our city needs volunteers for the 24th Winter Olympics which will take place in February 22. I am writing to apply for the opportunity to become a volunteer.
　　I have the following advantages. First of all， I love sports and I like helping others. The 24th Winter Olympics will be held in China， which makes every Chinese proud including me and I'm thirsty to do sth for it. Second I can speak English beautifully， which enables me to communicate with people without difficulty. If I am accepted， I can do what I should do to contribute to making it a successful Winter Olympic Games.
