【Abstract】With the rapid development of the world economy, China’s air transport industry has entered a new stage of development. The major airlines have purchased various large civil aircraft, and the volume of passenger and freight traffic has increased significantly. But at the same time, the problem of shortage of pilots is becoming more and more serious. Private airlines have used attractive treatment to attract state-owned airlines pilots’ job hopping, and produced a series of labor disputes between pilots and airlines. The pilot shortage has become a bottleneck for the development of China’s civil aviation transportation, therefore, establishing the training mode suitable for China’s civil aviation pilots, training in all basic knowledge, flight skills,, logical thinking ability, reaction speed, emergency handling ability and other aspects have qualified pilots, realize talent quickly, is a breakthrough at present the effective method to solve the bottleneck of the development of China’s civil aviation transportation. This paper analyses the mode of pilot training in China, and actively analyzes the corresponding innovative ways.

In recent years, with the rapid development of China’s economy and the gradual opening of the low altitude airspace, the general aviation industry in China has developed rapidly. In recent years, the domestic navigation accidents have been frequent and the alarm bell has been rounded to the navigation enterprises. The high incidence of accidents also seriously restricts the rapid development of the industry. How to transfer the theory of solid, excellent technology, excellent style, physical and mental health of the navigation pilot navigation industry through scientific training mode, which can meet the demand of the rapid growth of the pilot, but also to ensure the safety of flight navigation operation, shipping industry is urgent to solve the problem.
1. The training mode of civil aviation pilots in China
The training of civil aviation flying talents in our country is mostly based on the combination of diploma education and skill training. After graduation, students must get the bachelor’s degree prescribed by the Ministry of education, and at the same time, they must get the relevant professional skills certificate of the Civil Aviation Administration of pilots.Before twenty-first Century, the pilots needed in our country were mainly dependent on the training of the CAAC College of flight. Into the 21 century after China’s pilot training market gradually on the rise of a new pattern of school enterprise cooperation, such as Nanjing University of Aeronautics & Astronautics, Beihang University, Shenyang University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, etc.. The main characteristics of this training mode are selected from the graduating senior high school graduates or male undergraduates in science and technology major. The selected from domestic university undergraduate students called “change driving”, for major changes in driving trainees, training plan formulated according to different grade of different, complete theory course in China, and intensive English training and physical training, learning after the end of the second stage selection;for high school graduates enrolled from the students, two years ago in the domestic university for university study and training pilots according to the requirements of its physical training and training in English, second at the end of the year to the second stage selection.
