      【Abstract】With the deepening and advancement of the new round of curriculum reform, how to adapt to the requirements and teach English effectively under the guidance of the new curriculum reform is realistic subject facing all the new English curriculum practitioners. To this end, the author conducted a study on of ordinary effective teaching of high school English classroom. This paper analyzes the results of high school English classroom teaching and analyzes the factors that influence the effectiveness of high school English classroom teaching in order to cultivate and improve students’ comprehensive utilization ability in English and optimize English classroom teaching Effectiveness.

      1. The scientific nature of the teaching process
      Establishing classroom rules for students. Classroom teaching activities should be the interaction between teachers and students or among students. Improve the quality of teaching can not be separated from classroom teaching, and standardized classroom teaching practice is one of the important guarantees of effective classroom teaching. Each teacher can prepare lesson carefully, but may not be able to do regular training routine at any time. Teachers should monitor the behavior of students in a timely manner. If students follow the rules of the classroom, they will get the corresponding affirmation and reward. If students violate the rules or behave improperly, teachers should immediately point out that their bad behavior should be accompanied by the natural consequences. It is necessary to establish the classroom practice so as to lay a solid foundation for the improvement of classroom efficiency.
      2. The diversity of teaching methods
      Proper introduction of classroom game method. In English teaching, the inclusion of appropriate games is conducive to the cultivation of students’ interests and conforms to the “ happy learning”. The study of English courses in high school is a process of learning and practicing in English, gradually mastering English knowledge and skills and improving the practical ability of language. It is also the process of honing their will, cultivating their emotions,, expanding their horizons, enriching their life experiences, developing their thinking ability, developing their individuality and improving their humanistic quality. According to the characteristics of high school students’ learning, We can use the game properly in English classroom teaching in order to stimulate students’ interest in learning English and to help students learn, memorize and have comprehensive use of language.
